Shopping Information

CAN I SEE YOUR CURRENT AVAILABILITY ON THE NEW STORE?

Yes! Everything we have in stock will be shown in the shop. We do not show the quantity of inventory we have (not practical with the speed things move around here) but all the varieties you see are available.

I NEED TO MAKE A SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT (STEM LENGTH, COLOR, DEGREE OF OPENNESS, ETC.) HOW DO I COMMUNICATE THIS?

When you click on any variety of flower, there is a spot for notes in the lower right hand corner. You will see your notes when you go to your cart for checkout.

I HAVE AN EVENT LATER IN THE SUMMER, CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT WILL BE AVAILABLE THEN?

We have our 2025 offerings categorized by month and price so you can plan ahead. You can access that list here.

HOW DO I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?

You will receive an email confirmation of your order with a copy of what we have in our Orders Sheet within 24 hours. Please review the sheet to make sure we got everything correct- we strive for accuracy and at the same time, best to double check we got it
correct!

Order Information

DO YOU SHIP FLOWERS?

We are able to ship many of our flowers, however certain varieties do not transport well. What we will ship is also based on the weather! We use cold packs to keep things as
fresh and cool as possible in transit. Give us a call so we can give you our recommendations and caveats. We work with Go Fer It and Teton Delivery and pass their rates on to you without markup. They do not have refrigerated trucks but they do a great job getting your flowers there quickly. There is a 10% handling fee on our end for all shipments.

WHAT IS THE CUT OFF TIME FOR ORDERING?

Any and all changes you need to make before your order is delivered or shipped must be emailed to us within 48 hours in advance of delivery date.
Note: If your order is made after the 48 hour cut off for your scheduled delivery date and you do not receive an email, phone call, or text from us personally, it means your order could not be processed. We know there are emergencies and we will do our very best to accommodate and at the same time, to ensure you get what you want, please order
before the cut off!

CAN I COME TO THE FARM AND SHOP?

Absolutely! To make sure someone is here on the farm, let us know when you want to come by and we will set up a time for you to shop.

I HAVE A SPECIAL EVENT COMING UP – CAN I PRE-ORDER FLOWERS?

We recommend you email us the dates and mood boards of all of your events for the coming season with any specific requests for varieties as soon as you can. We reserve
flowers on a first come, first serve basis as of the date when you put in your event dates with us. It pays to plan ahead so you get the first picks!

WHAT IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER?

In the event something is wrong with your order, we request you contact us within 24 hours of receiving it so we can address it immediately. We aim to deliver perfection to
you and once in a while the flowers don’t cooperate or we humans mess up. Let us know as soon as possible so we can resolve it for you.

IS THERE A DELIVERY FEE?

Yes, there is a $25 delivery fee for all orders and speculation “spec” shopping to cover the cost of fuel for the trucks, loading and delivery drivers.

Payment Information

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE?

We take all major credit cards, company check, or cash. We recommend putting a card on file to save yourself time when we deliver. Orders are processed upon delivery.
